200 gms Akshayakalpa Butter
200 gms Akshayakalpa Cheese
Whole wheat flour
Water for kneading
1 teaspoon Cane Sugar
Seasonings as per taste
For the bread:
In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 spoon of yeast powder. To this add 100 ml of lukewarm water and allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes until the solution activates and starts foaming.
In a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour and the yeast solution and add water bit by bit to knead into a firm but soft dough.
Grease the baking mould with butter and put the dough into the mould and allow to sit in a warm area to prove and rise.
After it proves, bake at 200 C for 45 mins. Remove from the oven and cool and then remove the bread from the mould. Let it cool completely before slicing.
Take the cheese and make thin slices.
Butter the bread slice and place cheese slices and season with salt, pepper and other seasonings. Cover the slice with another buttered slice.
Toast on a hot skillet on both sides adding more butter. Remove when brown and serve hot along with ketchup.
