200 gms Akshayakalpa Paneer 2 pkts
500 ml Akshayakalpa Milk 1 pkt
100 ml Akshayakalpa Ghee
1 tin Condensed Milk
50 gms Organic Cane Sugar
50 gms Almonds, Pistachios
few pods Cardamom
(Optional) Saffron

      Mass the paneer and keep aside.

      Boil the milk. Add the sugar and the condensed milk and mashed paneer and cook for 5 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature

      Take a small skillet and add ghee to it. Fry the almonds and pistachios till light golden brown.

      Pour the Kheer into bowls and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
