200 gms Akshayakalpa Paneer2 pkts
2-3 pods finely chopped Garlic(Optional)
100 gms Akshayakalpa Butter
50 gms Akshayakalpa Sun Dried Tomatoes
Seasonings Mixed Herbs, Chilli flakes
Himalayan Salt and Pepper
one handful, chopped Fresh Coriander or Chives
In a skillet, preferably non stick, add the butter. Once melted, add the chopped garlic.
Cut the paneer into cubes and add. Gently stir until lightly caramelised.
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add to the paneer. Add all the seasonings, salt and pepper to taste and stir for 5 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with the coriander or chives.
