      In a bowl, mix the wheat flour ½ teaspoon salt and water and knead well. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee and let it rest.

      Chop the chillies finely and chop the coriander finely. Grate the cheese and keep ready.

      Flatten the dough and make rotis ready to cook.

      On a hot flat tava or skillet, start making the roti’s and after one side is cooked turn, add the grated cheese, garnish with salt, chillies, coriander and seasoning.

      Cover the tava with a lid and allow the cheese to melt. Alternately, you can cover with one more roti and continue to cook and make a parantha type of roti cheese.

      Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
