500 ml Akshayakalpa Curd
2 large Cucumbers
2 large Onions
4-5 Green Chillies
Small handful Coriander
1 inch piece finely chopped Ginger
Small handful Mint
a small handful Dill

      Wash and peel the cucumbers and deseed them. Chop into small pieces.

      Peel and chop the onions and add to the bowl. Add the salt to the mixture and stir.

      Chop the coriander, mint and dill and add to the onion and cucumber in a mixing bowl.

      Finely chop the ginger and green chillies and add.

      Add the curd into the bowl and mix well.

      Serve cold as an accompaniment to multiple dishes or eat as is.
