Chia seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Toasted Linseeds Nuts

Yogurt Smoothie with fruits and nuts

    Take a blender and add the nuts and fruits and give it a quick spin. Add the curd and blend for a few minutes.

    Pour into a serving glass and garnish with mint leaves and/or muesli and some chia seeds and other nuts.
